Sherlock's B-DayIt's Sherlock Holmes birthday today!

He was born in 1854 so this is his 159 birthday!

I decided to look up Sherlock, and see if I could find out when the next series is/ any clues as to how he did it.
I thought this was pretty interesting, i found it on Wikipedia. I'm sure a lot of you will have seen this, but here it is anyway :

Oh no this is bad....okay so I just got back from being on holiday. And as you remember I had someone look after the group while I was gone. But I left before I got the settings right so that poor person wasn't able to accept deviations in to the group.
So now there's a problem, because there's over 500 submissions currently not in the sherlock group. So this is my idea.
If you have tried to submit something to the sherlock group and it has expired please resubmit it. Keep in mind it's going to take a long time for us to catch up since there's over 500 pictures. But I apologize so much for all this inconvenience!

I'd just like to mention that this group will not be accepting any art that's The Hobbit or Star Trek. No matter how awesome your picture is! Because even though yes it has the same actors in it, it's not "Sherlock." Crossover art is welcome though.

Also just mentioning for any new members that we don't accept any photo manipulated images, or gifs.

Also I just realized something! This January 15th will be one year since we've seen any new Sherlock episode!! *Cries in a puddle of tears*

Also there's been rumors going around recently that now that Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman are doing bigger movies maybe they wont do Sherlock anymore. But that rumor is completely false because when Cumberbatch was asked if he could ever get too big for Sherlock, he replied "I don't think that's a possibility because I love it too much. Making [Sherlock] is all about availability. Martin Freeman has the same kind of pressures on him now. It's a thing of quality not quantity that show - thank God. We started young with it. We started when they meet and we still are young for those roles. There's no reason why it can't continue until we get too old."

*flops around* I don't think I could live if they left us forever hanging, and I'm just SO glad that rumor was proved false, because- *flops around some more* It just wouldn't be right!

Sort of happy for Cumberbatch and Freeman (and their other projects are worth it too) but I just wish they'd take a tiny break fast to give us the third series. But I guess we shouldn't complain, since they're at least coming back. *sighs*
On the other hand, I love that Cumberbatch sees it as a long term project that could likely go on until his Sherlock retires.
